Non-fried Fried Ice Cream

1 quart Vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cup Cornflakes cereal, crushed fine
1 tbs Butter or margarine
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Note: Make sure you buy your ice cream a day in advanced so it is good and frozen.

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) In a medium bowl mix the cornflake crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Spread on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crisp. Watch the mixture carefully so that it does not burn.
3) Let the mixture cool.
4) While the mixture is cooling, take out the ice cream and make 6 balls.
5) Roll ice cream balls in the crumb mixture and refreeze for 1.5 to two hours.
6) Serve them in a bowl or on a dessert plate and drizzle with chocolate sauce and top with whipped cream.
